What a wonderful place to stay with a wonderful staff. The unit is centrally located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. You can walk to the vatican, take the metro to the Trevi Fountain, or public bus to the coliseum. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were immaculately clean. Chiara the hostess was wonderful, charming, and extremely kind and informative. She provided us with a private phone number if we had any issues or questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at Penta Luxury House, and I highly recommend it as a good place to stay. We stayed 3 nights at Penta Luxury House, and I highly recommend it as a good place to stay. It’s no-frills, (no bar, limited reception times, rooms quite small), but it’s very peaceful, (which is unusual in Rome!!), very clean and nice comfy bed. Ideal for the Vatican, (10 mins walk), with lots of restaurants nearby. Maurizio could not have been more helpful with suggestions of places to visit and eat. I would say it is good value for money, and we loved the location. We had a courtyard facing room to help with noise reduction. Room was cleaned daily. If you want peaceful, well located, clean rooms, Penta Luxury House is perfect!!

We recently stayed almost a week at Penta Luxury House and it was awesome. We were there in Nov and got lucky that it didn't rain that much and the temps were in the 60's mostly. Loved the high ceilings, recently renovated rooms, modern bathrooms, and super clean accommodations. The location was very close to Vatican and Castel de St Angelo. Everything else is an easy bus ride or walkable if you like to walk! Ubers are expensive in Rome, as a rule, so we stuck to buses, taxis, or walking. Paola and Marina were great hosts and the feel of the place is more bed and breakfast than hotel, since it's in a renovated apartment building. They were great about making suggestions, from where to eat that was not touristy, where to shop, to where to buy leather goods and shoes. It's super quiet at night. I felt completely safe in the upscale neighborhood that was much more local than touristy, even at night. When we asked for extra pillows, we were accommodated immediately. Highly recommend this place!

• Great location - walking distance to shops, cafes, bars and oh yes, the Vatican! We even walked to sites like the Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, Pantheon, Colosseum, Spanish Steps; doing this is a great way to burn off those vacation calories. • Friendly Staff - upon arrival we were met by Aurora who actually came downstairs to meet us. She gave us a map and highlighted major sites to visit as well. Paola and Marina were very helpful in booking cabs, recommending restaurants and suggesting ways to get to the airport on our last day. The woman who served us cappucino every morning was also very friendly. It felt like we were guest in someone's home. • Clean & modern accomodations - the room was spotless with plenty of space where we could store our clothing (drawers and a closet). There was also an in-room safe, small fridge, hair dryer. Room had a nice view of the street and windows were large with curtains that blocked the morning sun. Our particular bathroom even had a bidet! Despite being centrally located, there was not a lot of noise in the evenings within the building or from outside. We would definitetly return to the Penta Luxury House if/when we visit Rome again. It's housed in a large apartment building so it sort of made us feel like actual residents of Rome for a few days. You can't get that in a standard hotel packed with other tourists!
