Torre Argentina Relais delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every aspect of the stay reflected a high level of care and professionalism. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were beautifully maintained, blending modern comfort with the charm of Rome’s historic setting. Cleanliness, attention to detail, and thoughtful amenities stood out immediately. The location is unbeatable—steps away from major landmarks, yet peaceful and refined. Service truly set this property apart. Whether it was check-in, recommendations, or daily interactions, everything was handled with efficiency and genuine hospitality. Perfect location in Rome for a comfortable, clean and easy start to the trip. Across from the cat sanctuary on a main street, it's near the ancient ruins (including outside the door!) and an easy-enough walk to St Peters. The hotel is small but has what you need, including comfortable beds and interesting decor making every room special. Service is amazing, including the in-room breakfast and a lovely rooftop welcome drink (we included breakfast in our room rate, but didn't anticipate having it be in our room! added bonus and tasty). Faruq, who helped with luggage and brought breakfast in the am, was so helpful and was a hotel highlight for his service. only thing to note is if you stay in the room closest to the front desk, you will hear all the activity and chatting between the attendants at night. That aside, it was a good location to start our trip.

We stayed at Torre Argentina Relais, and it checked all the boxes for our family trip. The most important things for me were connecting family rooms, good showers, a reasonable price, and easy access to the major sites—and this hotel absolutely delivered on all of those.We chose the breakfast-in-room option, and let me tell you, it was completely worth it, especially when traveling with kids. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. You place your order the evening before, and it’s delivered fresh and hot right at the time you request. This made our mornings so much easier because we could wake up, get ready for the day, and have breakfast arrive right to the room.Housekeeping did an excellent job and was very accommodating with our requests. Anything we needed could be arranged through the concierge, either by phone or with a simple WhatsApp message, which was incredibly convenient.The hotel can also arrange round-trip airport transportation if needed, which made the whole experience even more seamless.I have to give a special shoutout to Faruq—he is truly a rockstar! He seemed to be a jack-of-all-trades at the hotel, doing everything from helping with luggage, serving breakfast, bringing towels, and even fixing the shower when we lost hot water (which happened twice, and he fixed it within a minute both times). Anytime we needed anything and reached out to Faruq, there was never any delay or hesitation. He truly made us feel comfortable and welcomed.Every employee we interacted with was kind and helpful, though it was sometimes hard to keep track of names since so much of our communication was through WhatsApp. That said, Jake and Daniella, who helped us at check-in, were also wonderful.The only downside of the hotel was the noise. The windows are not soundproof, and if you’re a light sleeper, this could definitely be an issue. With so many restaurants nearby, the area stays lively—and sometimes loud and obnoxious—until around midnight.
