Welcoming structure, staff are attentive and helpful to customer needs. Old rooms of 90’s, however renovated, very quiet and clean, but still to improve. Let's start with the positives ... Great pool. Comfy bed. Wifi works well. Mostly friendly staff. Good bus link to Rome. “Great spa and staff, terrible hotel”
The 3 bubbles are the average between the spa and the hotel. The former is top notch, and it’s worth all the money we spent on it. The latter is dated, almost depressing, with old furniture and rooms. Food was disappointing at best. Very nice staff tho
