“Wonderful Location, Great Hotel”

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 8 nights in July. The apartment (Room 510) was spacious and had a large furnished balcony facing the ocean. There was a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. The freezer worked really well and made ice quickly.Almost all you could want was provided. However, there were some items we supplied such as dishwasher soap, dish washing sponges, extra toilet paper, instant coffee (no coffee pot/maker....just espresso maker), ice cube trays. A combination bodywash-shampoo was provided but if you want skin lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bring your own. The Lido Beach Club was directly in front and that's where you find your included beach chairs and umbrella along with food and drink service, bathrooms, changing rooms, showers and lifeguard (who spent much of his time looking at his cell phone and vaping). The private off-site parking is about 6 blocks away, level walking, no hills. Rooms on the north side might be noisy because of the street below but the air conditioning allows you to keep the windows closed. The city has a long pedestrian only promenade along the ocean which runs in front of the hotel. There is a bus stop very nearby and the city tourist office gives tourists a free 7 day bus pass. Parking around towns in the area and beaches can be hard to find so taking a bus might be useful even if you have a car. There is a Penny Market right across the street for basic groceries. The staff at Reception was always very polite, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

“Excellent location”

This studio seemed huge! We booked the apartment with the mountain view and we were on the 5th floor. It was a great apartment. Huge fridge, freezer. My only thought was they needed a kettle. This studio seemed huge! We booked the apartment with the mountain view and we were on the 5th floor. It was a great apartment. Huge fridge, freezer. My only thought was they needed a kettle. I boiled water on the stove for my tea. You didn’t have to walk past reception every time you went in and out which was a plus. The room was clean. I found it was quiet. Otherwise, everything we needed and a great location.

We stayed in room 510 with a great sea view.We could see for miles along the sea because we were high up with the viewing place only 2 floors above us.You could see an amazing view of Finale Ligure 26 meters up.The only inconvenience is that you have to clean up after yourselves which is a bit annoying.Overall,I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in or near Finale Ligure

Our stay at this residence was perfect -- in mid April we needed a rest by the sea with our two small children and we were not disappointed ! A great price for the one night in a modern but simple 45 sq m suite on the sixth floor with spectacular view onto the sea. We had a spacious dining area ,fully fitted kitchen and divan, comfortable bedroom, lovely balcony and plentiful storage area. Of course we were in low season and these apartments are mostly used in the mid /high season for longer bookings. We certainly enjoyed it and recommend it. The residence is very clean and looks as if it has been renovated of recent. It has got two lifts, some limited parking but no food, breakfast or restaurant. But you don't need to go far to find dining places or bars. The reception is well organized and staff corteous. Would definitely go back !!
