“Very Nice weekend”
The staff members are very polite and kind, and they also provide guidance on tours and activities in the city. A perfef check in an check out,flexible regarding the schedules. The breakfast us also good .

An excellent hotel in a perfect location near the train station and the Flixbus stop, and right next to a bus stop with a direct connection to the airport. “Amazing and they set the bar high and exceed expectations.”
This Hotel had the best service I have ever experienced when traveling especially abroad. The gentleman at the reception set the bar so high, that the other hotels I have stayed in cannot compare. “Lovely stay in Genoa at Hotel Chopin”
Excellent location by the main train station. Lovely personal, especially Barbara and Mateo with whom I most spoke. They were both very helpful, competent, and kind. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

“When we first saw the neighbourhood we were a bit sceptical but the staff were so so helpful and the room was huge .the parking ”
We were quite surprised when we saw the neighbourhood. But the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was huge and very clean .the parking was 200 meter down the road but we were able to park in front to unload and pick up our luggage.
