The hotel is open all year around. The Beach Club is open in the summer from June to Semptember. The SPA as well as the gymnasium are open all year around. A city tax is applied at € 5 per person, per night, to be paid locally.
The Excelsior Palace Hotel in Rapallo is a 5-star luxury hotel on the Portofino Coast. Located in a privileged position, 2km from Santa Margherita Ligure, facing east on the bay of Rapallo and west on the coast of Portofino. Since the early 1900s it has been the symbol of the “Dolce vita”, which has conquered the international elite, thanks to its natural beauty and its legendary art of hospitality. 119 rooms, all recently refurbished, all with parquet flooring, the majority of them with balcony. 11 Junior Suites and 16 Suites, among them the Relax Suite with private in-room sauna and Jacuzzi on the sea view terrace, and the Presidential Suite with Turkish bath and Jacuzzis both in the bathroom and on the terrace. Each room has individually controlled heating and air conditioning, bath and shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, direct dial telephone, satellite tv, safe, electronic door locks. Room service and laundry service are available upon request. Small pets accepted with an extra-charge.
The Hotel offers a Beach Club open from June to September, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. It offers two outdoor infinity pools, with sweet water, one equipped with 6 whirlpool loungers.
