“An absolute gem!”
Since my first visit in 2018, I always stay at Hotel Don Abbondio when I am working near Lecco. Staying here is akin to receiving an enormous hug! “Excellent! ”
We were two adults and one child accomodated in the room from attic. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable room. The staff was very nice and friendly. Very nice location, on the river side, 15 min to downtown

“Clean Rustic Hotel by the River”
Location is lovely in a small piazza overlooking the River this is a rustic hotel reminiscent of hotels back in the 70's and 80's. It is a good 20 minute walk to the centre of Lecco. Budget hotel, bed is good. Room is small, there is no lift so you need to carry all luggage up the stairs. Advertises on site parking but it is street parking, if you can find it.
