“I won't stay again”
I would mark this hotel 1/5. However I feel it's unfair to do so when it's so easy to see what the hotel looks like through Google reviews, trip advisor reviews, booking.com reviews etc. the decor of the hotel should not be a surprise unless blindly booked over the telephone.
