“No improvent whatsoever since my last visit!”
The Best Hotel just about gets a three star review but if half stars were possible it would score a 2.5.! The location is fairly close to milan centrale station. However, the neighborhood seems a little shady. The rooms are very small, and the amenities were provided in it.
