“Italian Disaster Avoided”
The best hotel staff ever. I applaud the management for having the foresight to hire Kate and Michaela, the night shift front desk staff. I stayed in a 4-bed room with a private bathroom at MIO HOSTEL and had a pleasant experience overall. The room and bathroom were very clean, with daily cleaning and fresh sheets and shampoo provided.
