“Great hotel with a bit of quirk.”
What a great place. We stayed in a marshmallow room. Our 9 yr old daughter loved it. Even the fridge and coffee machine was marshmallow pink. It was quirky, but not too far over the top. “Fantastic stay”
The hotel is on a great location,10/10. Staff super kind, esp. Iana ,Farid and Fabio at the reception. Also the breakfast is fantastic on the 7th floor with direct view at the Duomo. “Not a great hotel.”
We were very disappointed with our stay at the ODSweet hotel. We were there from 5/22-5/24. We knew it would be kitschy but I found it very dark and lacking any charm. The hotel is located by the duomo, but as a result the block was very congested. It also felt like the hotel was an afterthought… more

“Good room but average staff”
Room was very modern and really good but the staff was average. Asked for tea for next morning but never got one. Also, the staff was rude and didn’t care to understand what we were asking for. Overall average in my view.
