Stayed here for two nights on a business trip in May. No major issues. As others have commented on, there are 4 flights of stairs to climb. Likely an issue for older guests, but I didn't mind the exercise. Rooms are nice. Mine was clean. Wifi worked well and was fast enough to stream a movie one evening. I found the bed to be amazing, but they may not be to everyone's taste. They are memory foam beds, so feel quite odd if you are not used to them. My main concern would be the inside temperature in the warmer months. . . There is no air conditioning. The windows open, but it is quite noisy on the streets (late night casino right below, and the street cleaners start at 5:30). There seem to be two sizes of rooms. The big ones would be what I would recommend, not just because of the size, but due to the fact that the large rooms have a coffee maker. The small ones don't. Of the three people that I met, no one spoke English. This is not a complaint (after all, we are in their country), but an observation. Staff are pleasant and helpful, and google translate makes things easy from a communication perspective. 'Breakfast' is included, but is only a pastry and a cup of coffee in the cafe across the street. Could be worse, but don't expect a full breakfast. Value score is high as the room that I was in was only 45 euros per night! I'd stay here again, but absolutely not in the warmer months of the year.

We found Ferrari Suite via Booking.com and thought the convenience of being in the centre of town and the rooms looked modern, clean & bright. It’s a fantastic location next to a main square and across the street from the Cathedral & Savoia Theatre. When we arrived we were surprised to learn that there was no elevator and it’s up 4 flights of stairs. The rooms are beautifully appointed and room, beds are very comfortable. However there is no AC and it was hot during our stay. As a result we needed to open the windows in order to get some cool air, unfortunately it is a very lively square and in the evenings it comes even more alive with bars and nightclubs. It’s very noisy and so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. If you’re into the club scene and night life, it would make a great place to stay. We loved the location and the Cafe Savoia across the street. Finding parking was not a problem and again it was really central for sightseeing and walking up to the Castello Monforte.
