An 18th-century palazzo right on Corso Vannucci — you step out of the door and you're in the heart of Perugia. Lovely hotel in a great location. Walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, sights and views. Breakfast was superb, and the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever experienced anywhere.
