“Nicely refurbished hotel with a very friendly staff”
The rooms are recently refurbished and comfy. The staff is very friendly and helpful! A new pizzeria restaurant is coming soon. The hotel is located just around a corner from the railway station in a very center of Chivasso.

“Nice room, "cold" environment”
Recently refurnshed and restructured hotel. Rooms are finely designed and equipped. The athmosphere in the lobby is a bit "cold" in the sense that you do not feel in a warmly welcome. “Basic”
The hotel is very centrally located, just a couple of minutes from the town square. The room was spacious, everything worked. CNN, but no BBC or any other English speaking channel for that matter. Breakfast is limited, but the personnel is very friendly.

“Good hotel if you are looking for very short stay”
I needed a hotel in Chivasso near to the train station to change trains and spend night after a long trip. It was ok for such job, but apart from that there is nothing special except its nice lobby. I would say that its location is its best asset.
