“Business trip to Rivoli /”
Do not accept room near the lift Very noisy Apart from that , the jacuzzi is only available in summer Nevertheless, staff is nice and really welcoming Prosecco is good Hotel close to city center

“Friendly but limited air con in rooms”
Friendly staff but downfall is each room has limited air conditioning. Our first room couldn’t get below 25 but replacement room was cooler. The staff are aware of the air conditioning issue but blame it on location of sensors. Beware that pool is only free @ 6pm other times it costs €10 for mornin… more
