“A great bike trip at lovely hotel”
We were a group of 8 and had a fantastic time cycling around Stresa. Partucularly, I recommend Lake Orta, a fabulous place. “Very close to everything”
Not far from the station, if you take a taxi from the station the fare is 9 euros, it cost the same to go anywhere in the village. A beautiful stopover on Lake Maggiore, the island trips are a must, especially Isola Bella. Also take the cable car to Mottarone, beautiful views. The zoo is also worth… more

“Okay but found the ripped bed surround rather off putting.”
The bedrooms were supposed to be refurbished but ours was not. The material round the bed was ripped all the way round and the terrace overlooked a load of rubbish.
