“Good hotel but not great”
The hotel has not changed in 50 years. The decide is very Victorian with lovely touches. The future and fixings are very nice and period. “Centric, dated and issue with reservation”
We had an issue with the reservation. We had a booked a room with lake view through TripAdvisor and were told that the reservation included a Garden view. Not to make the story longer turns out that TA subcontracts Booking.com who then reserved with the hotel. Apparently the error lied with Bokking… more
