This is a fantastic hotel for a stay in Turin. We were traveling as a family with 1 person in a wheelchair. The owners and staff were very considerate of what was needed; access is easy from the street, there's a lift and the room was perfect. The bathroom was well equipped with the necessary bars- only point I'd make is to make the shower tray level with no lip and look at changing the folding doors. The 2nd room was perfect with a street view and well appointed bathroom also. The beds are SO comfortable and the pillows are superb; I even took a photo of the brand so I can track some down. We slept very very well indeed and on lovely crisp bedlinen. Towels are plentiful and a proper decent size too. It's always good to have tea/coffee making facilities & the fridge was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent offering a large choice of fresh hot and cold options and coffee was made to order. We opted for the reserve parking right in front of the hotel- and absolute godsend in Italy! The staff managed the parking a each vehicle; this is worth every cent and means no stress about where to park and what it's going to cost. All the staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The owners are absolute gentlemen who understand so well , what it is to be hospitable; their generosity and good humour is what we will remember the most from our stay. * as to the location, the hotel is perfectly placed just off the main grid of the city but only a short 7-10 minute walk to the station for example. There are some wonderful restaurants ( Giovannis,Casa piemonte-osteria urban) within 2 minutes of the hotel, a super cafe/bakery ( l'art del croissant) , a super bar for apero ( bar incontro) & an excellent pizzeria ( l'antagonista) + 3 supermarkets on the block. all the sites are really accessible on foot or by car.

“The staff arranged to shift my husband's computer with kindness and efficiency”

My husband left his black computer on a black counter in our room. The staff was courteous and efficient in arranging to ship it to us in France. Highly recommend their trustworthiness and attentive service

“Small hotel but everything you need”

Small hotel close to the train station, friendly staff willing to help. We had 6 rooms with no complaints from any of the 12 people in our party. No problem booking this hotel if ever in Turin again

Great location very close to the train station, small reception and bar, great staff who are very freindly. rooms are fine(we had 6 rooms 12 people). We were all male over for a football match and weren,t in the holet much so maybe we weren,t looking at the finer details. If we were ever back in Tu… more
