“Beautiful hotel”
Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel that is in a great location. It was very clean and well kept. Room was spacious. The only issue was getting checked in and with anyone being on the front desk for the duration of the stay

Charly from bell boy services was beyond attentive. Great peoples person. Book your dinners ahead of time. The Japanese style restaurant is amazing. Cancun Adventures has a very weak and unorganized transportation system. The receptionist booked our Covid 19 test on same day of our excursion.… more
