Very cosy, family-run hotel. Clean, fairly big rooms, serviced every day. I really enjoyed the food - local, grandma-style cuisine, seafood, fish, poultry and a veggie option every night, all very tasty and nicely served. I put up a few kilograms 100% :) Their restaurant offers a nice selection of reasonably priced local wines. The night bar serves all kinds of drinks also reasonably priced. There’s a brand new wellness centre in the basement - a really great way to relax and heal the body after skiing. The staff and the GM are all very very friendly and understanding. 👍👍👍👍👍 5 thumbs up - I really recommend the hotel and the Pinzolo ski area

We just left after a week long ski trip with a big group. This hotel was very nice. The rooms were small but comfortable. Only 1 pillow was provided per person. The staff was so accommodating to everyone in our large group and the breakfast and dinner service was very nice. Water was not included with our meals which I found odd. The hotel provided our group with an outside apres ski party one night too! So fun! The Pinzolo ski gondola was only a 5 minute drive and if you get there by 9-915 parking is very easy and close to the gondola. The ski rental is right at this location as well. Comodosci.it. Ponzolo location. Some locals were walking there in ski boots - probably a 20 minute walk. They have a large ski bus but it is 1 pick up at 9 and drop off per day. They have a ski locker downstairs with boot warmers, however, our boots were not warm in the morning so I would inquire about that. There is only 1 multi use shower gel in the small shower so I recommend bringing your own toiletries. The spa is open only from 5-7pm and has a couple of dry saunas, 1 steam sauna, a salt room and hot tub. The hot tub was never very hot. Only a small towel from your room was provided unless you wanted to use your bath towel. You can rent a robe for 10 euros for the week. They provided housekeeping daily. A small grocery store was within close walking distance for anything you forgot and to buy chocolates and sweets to bring home. The town of Pinzolo was nearby and soooo cute! We took a side trip to the Nardis waterfall 3 miles away. Overall, I feel it was a great deal for the money, close location to the gondola, food included, and very accommodating service.

Good hotel with good location. Rooms clean and standard (2double).(for some may be to small)3m by 3.5m.bed 2m by 1.50m. Mattress good quality,comfortable (hard). Bathroom small with shower. Standard. Dining room big,good size(only noisy when hotel is full)Italian people love talk when they eat. Food standard; Breakfast continental with (boiling eggs-sometimes):ham cheese,muesli,joghurt,milk,toasts, Plus extra;home made cake,jam....(not fruit every day was present) Many types of coffee.juces not fresh squeezed(just from shop). Dinners;home made food,usually 2-3dishes plus dessert. During my stay(soup was green every day-not much varied. (For me should be every day different colour;like beetroot soup,tomato soup,chicken soup,pumpkin soup etc) Pasta portion to big(and couldn’t find prawns if you served few dishes.-in my opinion. Staff friendly. Water in spa wasn’t fresh (we feel old smell and wet sauna too) I recommend this hotel.
