From the moment we got to the hotel the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff whether in reception, bar, dining areas, spa or housekeeping staff was of the highest standard. Special thanks to Nicola in the bar who always had a smile and a lovely chat as well as great music tastes and also Mikhela in dining room who was so friendly and informative, especially when we arrived slightly late due to train connection problems on our first night. The whole hotel team clearly worked together to make every guest feel valued and welcome. Cleanliness of all areas was excellent and spa facilities including sauna, steam room, roman bath, swimming and whirl pools etc were lovely to relax in, as well as outside garden areas with hot tubs. The location looking out onto the lake and the surrounding mountain views could not be beaten. Our room was spacious and modern with a large private balcony and we particularly appreciated the free use of the bicycles as well as the Trentino guest card which enabled us to use rail travel at no cost in the area. There was an onsite guide who provided maps and advice about the local area (Marta), and she was very knowledgable and helpful. Dining options were different every night but all courses were outstanding and delicious with special care to suit all dietary needs. Although this feels somewhat off the beaten track, the train from Verona(where we fles into) to Levico Terme was easy to negotiate and regular trains and buses were both available. All in all highly recommended and we look forward to returning.

Every aspect of this hotel is lovely. The location is beautiful and convenient. Verona airport is about a 90 minute drive away and the town of Levico is a 10 minute walk away. The lake is just opposite and is stunning. The facilities there are lovely, with a pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and relaxation area, as well as being able to book various treatments. You can also borrow their bikes which are on-site, for no charge. The food is exceptional, both the quality and the selection. (I'm vegan and I had no issue with what was available). The main point to note though, is the staff. ALL of them are an absolute credit to the hotel, all making you feel like a valued guest and going above and beyond with their assistance and friendly manner. This is our 2nd visit in 12 months and we will definitely be returning. Thank you all for another lovely, relaxing visit. 5*!!

I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They all worked hard and made our stay very enjoyable. The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was excellent! They gave us all the details we needed to get there from Verona airport by public transport, including a few contact numbers for local taxi drivers. It was a long journey involving a couple of changes and carrying suitcases up the stairs, but it was doable and well worth it! The food was exceptional throughout our stay. There was an excellent variety at the breakfast buffet, plenty of delicious choices for lunch, and the evening meals featured fantastic traditional dishes, all full of flavour and beautifully presented. The wellness spa was spotless and offered fantastic facilities — the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring. We also had a massage which was very enjoyable. I’d like to give a special praise to a few staff: Nicolo, the barman. His love for music, which we shared, made our evenings great fun! We even had a little dance. Another praise must go to everyone working in the restaurant. The staff who made sure that my meals were altered to gluten free options and the serving staff who worked very hard, especially “our” Rachel. She was an angel! The manager greeted us every evening, making sure that we were looked after. Another praise goes to Marta. Always smiling, full of ideas of what we could do and see. She was very helpful providing us with the timetables for a local public transport. I cannot leave out the reception staff. Always smiling, helpful and friendly. Greeting us every time we passed their desk. The last praise goes to our cleaning lady. At the end of each day, we always returned into a clean room. Arriving to the hotel by public transport, we had difficulty arranging a taxi from/ to the strain station. Being unsuccessful ourselves, we asked Marta and the receptionists for help. Luckily, they were able to make necessary arrangements for us. It would be helpful, if the hotel had a contract with a couple of the local taxi drivers to collect guests to/ from the hotel when required. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and wonderful food in a truly relaxing atmosphere.
