The hotel is clean and staff are lovely. It's a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and a further 10 minutes to the centre for more restaurants and bars. Breakfast isn't the greatest. The only hot option was scrambled egg and chopped up sausages, a pot of porridge or even just some porridge sachets would've been great. The hotel is on the main road so if you're a light sleeper earplugs are a must, because if the traffic doesn't wake you the church bells which start at 7am will. There's a safe in the room but ours didn't work, they did look at fixing but couldn't. They offered us the use of leaving what we wanted in their main safe but if was just a faff doing that twice a day. The description says they have a bar, they don't. It's a shelf behind reception with bottles of spirits which closes when reception closes at 8pm. Bootroom, depending when you get back there isn't always a spare locker, luckily another guest at the hotel had said if there wasn't a spare we could share theirs.

“Bad location & noisy. Lot of issues.”

Just stayed in room 207 and found a lot of issues both with the room and the hotel. Room; Bad - Key to room very fiddly, took several goes to make it work. Just stayed in room 207 and found a lot of issues both with the room and the hotel. Room; Bad - Key to room very fiddly, took several goes to make it work. Wardrobe space OK but only given 5 random plastic hangers. Safe not working and couldn't be fixed while we were there. TV in room with sign saying 301-312 Sky channels. Not true, not tuned in to anything those channels. Not a lot of plug sockets. Had one by end of bed otherwise had to unplug room phone or kettle to use one. Shower doors in shower don't meet, about 1cm apart so floor gets wet. Put down floor towel to keep floor dry but then have to step on to wet towel. Shower tray floor very smooth & slippery as no safety element such as patches or anything to prevent slipping. Duvets provided look they're past their sell by date but did the job just (2 single ones on a double bed). Good - shower was great, just shame doors couldn't be shut. Room was warm. Beds were OK but if not fan of hard mattresses beware. Had a set of bunk beds in the corner (don't know why) so that became a hanging area for snowboard kit due to the lack of hangers. As for the hotel; Bad - location. 15 mins walk to the centre and 25 mins walk to cable cars up. They say there is a ski bus that you pay €10 for a week pass, however, that only picks up outside Bepy 3 times in the morning (8.26, 8.56 & 9.26) so if you miss the last one its a walk or €10 for a taxi in. Same coming back, only 3 buses will run to the Bepy (15.45, 16.10 & 17.22). You can get the bus at/to other stops in or out but the nearest is about 10/15 mins walk from the hotel. We saw several people say about the road noise in other reviews but thought it'd be OK. It wasn't. The road is the only one in & out of the mountain and has a lot of vehicles at all times. We weren't on the front row (been suggestions they are the worst for noise) but being on the end of the row behind on the 2nd floor meant we didn't have any buffer for the noise and so heard a lot o the traffic. Lot of lorries going by late night earlier morning when roads aren't meant to be so busy. Also, church straight across starts ringing bells at 7am and on a Sunday has a very long run of them. No real amenities near by, nearest is Le Botte restaurant 5 mins away otherwise its 15-20 mins into town. Not too bad but coming back a bit later walking along a busy road isn't enjoyable. The hotel says it has a bar area but it isn't really one. Its an extension of the reception area with a few nice sofas and there's a small fridge behind the reception desk with Aperol, Campari & likes but the receptionist goes home at 8pm so don't know how you'd get a drink after that. Finally, the breakfast; in terms of hot items you'll be fine if you like scrambled egg, cut up hot dog sausage bits or a boiled egg. There is a toaster but it takes a while. Couple of fruit juices, usual coffee options from a machine, yogurts and a lot of cake. Hardly any fruit, few oranges, apples & occasionally bananas. In answer to the question would I stay here again, the answer is no. Would rather pay a bit more to be further in to Pinzolo for amenities as well as easier to get to the lift up.

My friends and I spent a week skiing holidays and stayed in Bepy hotel. My friends and I spent a week skiing holidays and stayed in Bepy hotel. Hotel is far away from the town.Ski bus service works only mornings and from 3PM afternoon.Most of time we walk to and back 2-3 km every day. Hotel did not have any other TV channels except Italian ones. Man in Reception desk who was working all week on his own did not speak English and we found it hard to get any information. Ski storage room was not heated at all.Also rooms temperature was only on 20 C and turned off at night. Breakfast was poor. We had the same scramble eggs and poor looking sausages every day.Biscuit cakes were not fresh because they were left there all week. Room was clean and towels were changed every day.
