“Beautiful hotel, ticks all the boxes!”

Warm welcome. Lovely room, big balcony. Very clean and kept immaculately by house team. Fresh towels and bedding as required, would like a kettle to make my tea in the room, but that’s a very British thing. Spa is fantastic, all the facilities you could wish for. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pool. Large outdoor jacuzzi. All the staff are very helpful, polite and welcoming, front of house super efficient if you need anything, restaurant food superb. We’re in the 3/4 board, and includes afternoon tea with beautiful fresh fruit selection and delicious cakes! Evening meal 6 courses, set, but choice of 3 mains. Wine selection exceptional, good range of local wines starting around €30, good value in a smart restaurant environment. My only constructive criticism is the piped music for us is a little dated. I think maybe catering to the many German & Austrian guests. But I’d suggest a more contemporary background of Ibizan chill and some low key jazz would be more a la mode. We came so my husband could cycle the Stelvio. And I could have somewhere nice to chill and read and relax. They also have a bike store and place to assemble your bike, maybe also invest in a better bike pump. When you fly your bike over you have to deflate your tyres and bringing a heavy pump with you is difficult so that’s a simple suggestion to encourage keen road cyclists. In short, it’s a lovely family run hotel, 2.5 hours drive from Verona, and we’re having a great time and hope to return!

The Hotel is located in the beautiful Val Venosta, near the mountains and numerous paths to cycle or walk (the hotel makes e-bikes available to its customers). All the necessary comforts are present for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Sauna of all types, massages, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, external and internal hydromassage with fresh and salt water, fitness area and many other services. What more could you ask for? It is a 4-star superior hotel that fully deserves its ranking. The food is delicious and varied in a mix of Mediterranean and local cuisine. The staff is attentive and kind, always available to satisfy the needs of the guests and last but not least the family that runs the structure is extremely welcoming and kind. They really make you feel at home. We will definitely return to spend our holidays there.

“Perfect for relax”

Excellent service. Excellent food. Large variety of choice. Perfect sauna, pools and gym. Very kind personnel. Extremely pleasant staying. Reccomended for couples and families. Hope to come back soon.

We werent quite sure wether to stay in a Hotel during Corona-times but I must say the Hotel vier Jahreszeiten proved reliability in terms of safety measures and hygiene standards. We felt in good hands due to the very kind and professional staff that made sure safety measures were held and reminded people to wear masks for example at the buffet. This helped a lot in being more relaxed in general and being able to fully enjoy the beautiful pool and garden area, the hotel has to offer. Needless to say that the room was spotless. It was also spacious and quiet. The food was amazing - like a Michelin star restaurant really. All that considered the price was more than ok and the stay here was really good value. I Would definitely recommend to come here!
