“Budget hotel..but comfortable”
The Casa Del Lago had a problem with a room, flooding, and we were relocated to another property for one night. The Casa was clean and we had a great view over the Arno and could see Uffizi Museum walking distance away. The breakfast was very simple without a lot of choice.

“They need to improve ”
Pros: Great breakfast, strong wifi signal, helpful staff. Cons: Broken shower door, no tv in the room, two beds were pushed together to make a "large bed." Not comfortable since you sink into the middle of the two beds. Plus the staff accidentally doubled charged me and it took me 21 days from th… more
