“Beautiful location and service”
The room was excellent and the service was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central to main attractions and the main train station. When we return to Florence we will be returning to this accommodation.

“Noisy environs, but nice hotel.”
Noisy area. Cafe downstairs plays music till 1am every night. This is not the fault of the hotel but you should be aware that if you stay here this is a pre condition of the local environment.
