“Staff and Location were Perfect.”
We stayed here the last week in January while helping our daughter get settled in to her study abroad program and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again on our return visit.

“Fab trip art the Arte Boutique Hotel.”
A wonderful stay was provided by Aneta, Bernadette and Tomas. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and beautiful and staff were amazing. We have travelled all over the world and the personal touch in your accommodation is exceptional.

“Exquisite service”
This hotel has it all! Location, views, attention to detail, service with a smile, classic beautiful interior. And a 'happy hour' with snacks and drinks on the house. Breakast at the table. When in Florence... this really is THE place to stay.

“Good Stay Overall but Double Check Your Confirmation”
Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel is beautiful, and the location is fabulous for walking to the Duomo and museums. Check in was friendly and easy, and we enjoyed the happy hour each evening.
