“Great location”
Had an enjoyable stay along with my sister, visiting Florence for the first time. Younis was incredibly personable, always friendly and smiling. The buffet breakfast was good and the room was cozy in size but comfortable.

Excellent central location at the foot of Ponte Vecchio. Good sized room, large walk in shower, clean linen and room. Friendly and nice staff. “Perfect Location, lovely amenities.”
The hotel is situated literally at the end of the Ponte Vecchio, perfect for visiting all the local sights. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms are of a good size with all you need for your stay. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the coffee was delicious! I would highly recommend.

Location is great. Very easy to get to everything. Hotel itself is very dated. Pictures definitely made it seem nicer than it is. Very minimal towels, outlets, cleaning done.
