We loved the Cellai hotel! We visited in April 2026 with our 2 children (aged 9 and 11). It was stylish, elegant and full of character-like stepping back into the 1950’s. Lovely, historic boutique hotel in a great location, walk ability to all the sights. Very friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Roof top patio lounge and main floor lounge with a great bartender.

“Perfect in every way”
Perfect location for all amenities. Staff are very friendly, their English is very good and nothing is too much trouble. Continental breakfast is first class, cocktail bar is very lush and even a roof top terrace! Rooms are a very high standard and the decor of the whole hotel is WOW!

“excellent choice in heart of florence”
friendly staff . nice clean room . wifi worked well . excellent location good breakfast included in rate although breakfast room very busy and staff struggled to cope . i would stay again if ever in florence
