“2nd visit just as good as the first”
I returned to this hotel on Tuesday and have spent 3 nights in the fab city of Florence. This hotel is incredibly close to all you would want to see and is clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. Thanks to the lovely people working there, we had a great few days. “Great location and simply done”
Fantastic location in the heart of the city, and despite that still very quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and get into when arrived. The hotel is simple and does that just fine. For the price it is a great choice.

“Better than 1 star”
Hotel is fine, probably better than a 1 star rating. We liked the portable AC in the room (stayed in room 1). We were concerned that we wouldn’t have a bathroom in our room but we did - most rooms have this. There is also an elevator.
