“A Florence dream came true.”
Amazing hotel, with extremely clean rooms. The staff was friendly and provided superior customer service. Perfect location for all the sights and local landmarks. The restaurants recommended by the Front Desk were AMAZING with a myriad of local fare. Highly recommend this hotel!

“Excellent host for our Florence visit!”
We so enjoyed our 5 day stay at Globus Urban Hotel. We walked there easily from the train station - the location is ideal for all attractions and dining. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and well appointed. I hope we have another opportunity to stay again in the future!

“Excellent Staff”
The staff was excellent - from the welcoming front desk staff to housekeeping and to the staff running the breakfast. Every single one was so helpful and kind.
