I don't understand why there were so many bad reviews in the first place. The hotel greeted us at 23:30 and gave us the booked triple room right away (a situation where other hotels would've kicked you out and have you miney already taken). “florence action”
very close to the road and Hospital is nearby so frequent disturbance of ambulance did not get proper sleep rooms are too small for 2 people . ok breakfast . I think this hotel is family owned only 12 rooms rooms were recently renovated looked good

“Just for sleeping”
The only good thing is location - few minutes walk to the Cathedral and clean room, large and clean bathroom with all facilities. Breakfast - disappointing. Wifi - does not even exist, I think. Staff not even OK.
