“Great stay!”
Great stay in this family operated hotel. Maurizio didn't treat us like clients, he treated us like family. He also gave us great tips about visiting Florence and his wife made the best coffee I had during our trip. Thanks again.

“Cool ancient building”
Neat old hotel. Lots of stairs and elevator is really small. Owner lives there, very nice. Towels were not your normal ones as they looked like plain cloth but they worked really well. Neighborhood not great but typical for the city in general. It worked for us.

“Economy not superior deluxe”
Booked the superior deluxe room and paid 640 for 3 nights plus 36 eu tax no breakfast. Room was nothing like superior let alone deluxe. I asked if it was what i booked the answer was of course!
