“First trip to Italy”
Close to everything, comfortable, helpful staff. Easy to communicate. I forgot my kindle in the room at checkout and they found it and held it for me.

“Charming room, comfortable, clean, amazing breakfast, elevator”
Room was great. Charming and room was nice, beds comfortable. Big room for the location. Has elevator. Location, no parking nor easy to drop off luggage. Parking is 25 euros per night. That’s steep even at 20. Some staff members were not taking my incident seriously.
