“Convenient, pleasant hotel”
Very convenient hotel. Nice breakfast with very pleasant women making scrambled eggs (and bacon if you want) just for you. Staff is helpful. Just note that although there is a very small elevator, there is a steep flight of stairs to get into the hotel.

“A hidden gem.”
Michelle was wonderful and a world of knowledge and history. The attention to detail was a real surprise. Walking distance to the train station and Duomo certainly a plus. We regret that we didn’t have more time to spend in Florence. Hope to visit Florence again and will definitely stay at the Hote… more
