“Excellent”
I cannot praise the staff enough, after what had been an extremely stressful journey (cancelled flights etc) they made us feel very welcome and were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location and rooms are great - highly recommended, will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here on a family city break with our 5yo daughter in a standard studio room. Room was really well sized for a city (Room 101) and came with a little kitchenette and sitting area which was nice. Room and location was excellent , staff are very friendly and professional , they stored my luggage after check out so I can still explore Florence .

“Excellent apartment-hotel right next to Duomo”
Absolute excellent location right in the heart of Florence! It is a stone throw away from the Duomo!! Right next door to Eataly (great breakfast)! Apartment was spacious for us three! We recommend for a stay in Florence!

“Great location, tired facilities”
Nice staff, great location, rooms did not meet expectations as a few things needed repair and decor has seen better days. Nowhere to hang towels which are only changed on 3rd day.
