“A little gem”
A little gem, ideal short stay hotel. Lovely room, couldn't fault it. If we came back to Florence would definitely stay again., thank you. Very comfortable, everything you need. Breakfast is adequate but there is plenty of choice. Room serviced every day.

“Nice looks and great service but there are some downsides”
We felt really welcomed by a young guy who greeted us late at night when checking in. The hotel looks very nice and the room was just beautiful with suuuper high ceilings. “Great location, noisy rooms, bad and poor breakfast,clean place”
Great location. Bad breakfast its better not to reserve breakfast and eat around. Parking service at cost of 33 € dayly. Luca at the risiption was very polite. Very noisy rooms,with windows to the street. No air condition , the only promise to fix. Reasonable size of rooms. Clean hotel
