Not in the center, but in a good position near Lucca's walls. Fantastic and helpful staff, who helped us change the room, because in the first one we had to wash ourselves in the bathtub, repaired with silicone, placing our heads under the tap, since the shower was unusable. “Great location, close to highroad and center”
Nice structure, rooms 90s style. Reception and other public spaces are nice. Hotel is nearby the historic center and close to the highroad. It was a nice stay, staff is very gentle. “Near the concert site ! ”
Ten mins to the concert site , clean with parking ! Rooms were reasonable, little clutter and good air con ! Parking was a bit of a field out back !For business and short stays it’s ok ! Elton was amazing !

“Just a few improvement needed!”
I stayed at Hotel Napoleon for one night with the family and we were all positively impressed by everyone taking care of guests. Small but clean rooms. I only underline a negative point which is the bad quality of doors. You can not open them!
