“Most beautiful place in Italy”
The location is breath taking. The staff was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were previously in Rome & Naples and this hotel was by far the friendliest and had the most scenic views of the beautiful area of Siena. “Great hotel in Siena!”
This hotel is amazing. Staying there for the second time and it’s just wonderful. Really good rates and usually offer free breakfast and free parking and free cancellation. The 7th floor terrace over looks the hills of Tuscany. It’s a great place to stay to venture out for day trips to Tuscan towns.

“Disappointed”
Physical plant lovely. Staff is not. They are mostly unfriendly and not helpful or considerate. Food at breakfast Buffett is shockingly bad (!) particularly for Italy.
