Beautiful hotel, grounds & rooms. Breakfast was excellent & WiFi was good. Unsure about staff’s statement that a/c climate control was disabled due Italian laws.

The hotel was as described, good rooms , plenty of space and a very nice bathroom , the hotel staff were very nice , nothing seemed to be a problem. The pool area was really nice , the big swimming pool looking onto Assisi was wonderful. The bar are was small and functional with plenty of choices… more
