“Lovely”
My wife and I have stayed here a few times during our trips to Spello. This place is wonderful, especially given that it has a pool! Excellent for hot Italian summer days. Pietro treated us like family each time we have been here and we couldn't be happier. Can't wait until our next visit!!!

“Beautiful swimming pool.”
Great to have a pool so close to the center of Spello. This accommodation is on the road facing the walls of the city.the rooms are nice with a small terrace . “Good place with a cold attitude”
Clean, good spot,good room, a so-so breakfast, a closed pool, and a cold attitude for the welcome. It is not in the old part but not far from it. Spello is a nice cold city but i would not go back to this b&b.
