“We very much appreciated the kindness”
We were 4 of us on a business trip. We had to stop in Abano Terme. The hotel was like on th pictures but what we very much appreciated - was the kindness. Especially a lady on the reception was really carring. The breakfast was also fine and enough.

“Good service but severely needs to be modernized.”
Let's start with the positives: Staff are really nice and kind. Breakfast is good, and rooms are clean. There is also ample free parking. On the other hand, as every one is pointing out, the hotel needs to modernize. The rooms and decor take you back to the 1980s.
