One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Not only is the location amazing but the hotel itself was really lovely. It was clean and beautiful and offered so much included in the price that we weren’t expecting. Including E-bikes, the use of an old 1960’s fiat 500 and the spa. The staff were also great and friendly. It’s not a large hotel so it felt very personable and we were very well looked after. We were celebrating a birthday so treated ourselves to their Michelin Star Restaurant which was incredible! I would highly recommend this place.

“An amazing hotel with the best staff.”

This hotel did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were treated so well. We arrived in the evening and the lovely guy on reception made a restaurant booking for us, and then the owner took us there and picked us up afterwards. Made us feel special from the start. The room was very spacious with a great balcony overlooking the lake. The bathroom was big and my girls loved the dressing gowns etc that were provided. We used the pools and the lake everyday and also used the paddle boards and pedals available. The hotel offered a free speedboat trip round the lake, which we were lucky enough to get, and we also had massages in the spa. We had a car and used it every evening to go to different areas around the lake for dinner. The hotel is ideally situated and in a very pretty area. The hotel staff are execeprional. They really go above and beyond to help make your holiday perfect. We were the only English family there but because it’s a small hotel you get to know everyone’s faces and say hi at breakfast or around the pool. The bar staff were friendly and got to know our orders. There was never an issue with sunbeds etc. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Our family of four (two boys, 12 and 15) shared a lovely, modern, clean, spacious, well-air-conditioned room with a jacuzzi bathtub my boys had fun in and a balcony overlooking a gorgeous view of the lake. We loved swimming in the infinity pool, looking out at the mountains, and splashing around in the lake. My boys used the hotel's pedal boat each day, and we frequently took advantage of the hotel's other amenities, including their paddle boards and bikes, which were always available. The staff was super friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and making reservations for us at local restaurants for dinner. Once, when one of their bikes broke down, the hotel owner drove out to Malcesine to pick me up and drive me back to the hotel. The complementary welcome drink upon our arrival was delicious and the breakfasts were very good with lots of choices. The location of the hotel we found to be just what we wanted ... right on the lake with several restaurants nearby (check out the one that's across the street and a steep 10-minute walk up up up ... beautiful views), but not crowded or touristy. We had a car and used it once to drive to Riva Del Garda, but mostly we rode bikes along the water to Malcesine. The market there on Saturday was fun. (We avoided going south...too touristy for us.) The hotel also offered a few other perks each day. I appreciated these offerings. It felt like the hotel was really trying to make the stay extra special for its guests, though I suspect they are still figuring this part out. My son, for example, got to go far out on the lake for 10 minutes on the back of a jet ski: great fun for him. The hotel also took our family out on the lake for an hour on a sail boat, which was just okay (felt hot and long given that we couldn't really move and didn't understand all that was being shared in Italian). The yoga class I signed up for got canceled (which is okay...these things happen). I should also say that it was really hot when we were there in late July and the air quality was poor. I could feel my throat burning at times. I might suggest shortening a stay to 3-4 days tops and if you can, choose a time to visit before or after the height of summer.

“Lovely Family Holiday!”

Really nice family vacation. Hotel was lovely and the staff were very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Great that some of water sports equipment (non motorized) was free which we took full advantage of. Great views from hotel rooms that were very comfy / spacious!
