“Lovely hotel in a beautiful, if slightly remote location.”

Lovely hotel overlooking Lake Garda. Great location for getting close to the lake. We had a hire car which was useful as the hotel isn’t close up a town/shops - although there is a bus shop right outside. About 30 mins by car to Garda - longer if bad traffic. Lovely hotel overlooking Lake Garda. Great location for getting close to the lake. We had a hire car which was useful as the hotel isn’t close up a town/shops - although there is a bus shop right outside. About 30 mins by car to Garda - longer if bad traffic. Pool is small but nice. It has its own pier/jetty/platform with sun loungers in the lake and you can hire a kayak or paddle boards for 10€/hour. They serve snacks - pizza, sandwich etc…. But not a full restaurant. Drinks were reasonably priced and you just add to your room to pay at the end. Breakfast was a good selection. The rooms & corridors are a bit dated but perfectly comfortable. All rooms have a lakeside view - we were in room 218 which only has a partial view - typical! But it was still lovely.

“Beautiful location and perfect place for family stay”

The room was quirky with a fabulous view of the lake. We booked 2 rooms 1 double, 1 triple. Our room the double had a better view of the lake than our teenagers room which was overlooking the pool. The room was quirky with a fabulous view of the lake. We booked 2 rooms 1 double, 1 triple. Our room the double had a better view of the lake than our teenagers room which was overlooking the pool. On arrival the Saturday night there was a DJ playing very loud music we thought oh no will this be ongoing for the full stay it wasn't phew! We didn't use the pool as the lake access was fabulous with a swing I loved and the view from the harbor with deck chairs was great! The bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, pool table, table tennis etc were all free of charge and were a great way to spend family time together to finish off our trip. The area was lovely and we will be back to stay next time we are in Northern Italy! Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Trying to think of something disliked only thing really mentioned already loud DJ on arrival. However a lot loved it so personal preference really.

We have stayed at the hotel for a few nights, so have experienced most of what’s on offer. Excellent breakfast, very clean, amazing views from the rooms with a view ( not economy) , free games and sports equipment - SUP and kayak are both free for an hr. BUT - reception staff is a major problem. They are simply rude, very rude in fact. When complained about the lack of wifi in the rooms - the answer was “ yes, no wifi and you can’t expect to possibly want to work here” . This is on the contrary to what is advertised on the hotels site - check that your room has wifi, if not ask to move as we were moved eventually and there was some wifi. Overall good 3 star hotel but it could be so much nice experience if not for the rudeness of the reception staff.
