“Wonderful place, very good energy!”

Wonderful place, very good energy! Greetings to the owners, thanks to whom this hotel is unique. Very nice rooms, delicious breakfasts, wonderful views. The town itself, local shops and restaurants worth recommending, a unique place, worth staying, at least for a few days.

We just got back from another great stay at Club da Baia. The hotel is at a fantastic location right at the side of Lake Garda in Magugnano / Brenzone. We had a room with a balcony facing the lake (photo). The rooms are stylishly modern. The terrace and bar by the lake are a great attraction, open also to passers-by. We spent many any evening there with drinks, enjoying the view, chatting or playing board games. My wife and I spent the last week of June at Club da Baia for a kite-surfing holiday. The hotel is only a couple of hundred meters from the Waterproofworld kite station (see separate review). Also Club da Baia serve's a "kiter's breakfast". At most other hotels breakfast doesn't start till after the kite session has begun and is over before the kite session is ends. At Club da Baia you have a great breakfast (photo) to look forward to after the kite session (or when you get up if you're not a kite-surf-junkie ;-). Last year breakfast was a buffet. Thanks to corona that is no longer possible, but everything is still available - a much richer selection than other hotels we've visited in the area and more than enough to satisfy even a hungry kiter-guy! Note: breakfast is for guests only, but.as a visitor you can enjoy a coffee on the terrace. Magugnano is a great area. There's a baker, a butcher, a cafe, a chemist and a supermarket. All are within a couple of hundred meters of the hotel. Other than breakfast, Club da Baia does not serve food, but... there are four restaurants (that I know of) in the immediate vicinity and plenty in walkable distance. If you take a bike with you you can enjoy cycles along the lake. The bike paths have been extensively rennovated in recent years. The hotel is also right next to the ferry stop; so if you want to get to other places around the lake without your car, you are in the prime position for that too! We spent 10 days in Brenzone and did not drive a single kilometer. The rooms don't have an AC but we often started the night with the windows closed and the fan on and opened the doors to the balcony later at night. That was fine for me even though the day time temperatures were about 30°C during our stay.

“Great hotel”

Only stopped in Lake Garda for one night but the hotel was excellent. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel itself is stunning. It is right on the lake front so the view of Lake Garda is unparalleled. The drinks we had at the hotel were very pleasant and reasonably priced. The rooms were very modern and comfortable, some of the best we’ve stayed in in Italy. I would highly recommend this hotel. TIP - If you are arriving by car rather than pay for parking, go to the hotel and the owner has parking licences that he can give you so you can park your car in the paid parking by the hotel for free.
