“Best value for money in Grado”
Excellent location. Close to the old town, the city centre and the beach but in a calm area. Easy access, comfortable sized hotel, nice rooms and all facilities you need. The breakfast was rich and tasty (for beeing Italy). Air condition and Internet worked perfectly. We will come back!

“Good choice and good location, though a few things need improving”
On the Tripadvisor scoring system you can mark 3 for "Average" and 4 for "Very Good", I would give this hotel a 3.5 and a "Good". “Nice stay”
We only stayed there for one night, but had a pleasant time there. The owners of the hotel were nice and very helpful also with inquiries that had little to do with "typical" info for tourists. .Grado is a nice village, many hotels, but quite expensive. Hotel Eliani is affordable, small rooms, great breakfast and above all very friendly staff.
