“Great place to stay, amazing breakfast”

“Excellent value for money”
Excellent and very friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms, well equipped with specifically good aircondition with a night function and a awesome breakfast, location is not near to center but easy reachable with free bikes and nearby dog beach with shaded parking

“The best place to stay in Grado!”
We had 12 days here and it was an excellent choice. Everybody is so helpful and friendly from the receptionists to the lovely team of cleaning ladies. Our apartment was 42m2 with a balcony of 15m2. “Great service and location ”
Sara at reception was extremely helpful by sorting out taxis and dinner reservations for us. The apartment and communal areas were kept extremely clean during coronavirus. The location is great and a 15mins wall to town.
