“Fantastic holiday”
6th time staying at this hotel. Very clean, good facilities excellent breakfast and restaurant next door. Manual in the Restaurant is excellent and really makes you feel special. Friends joined us this trip and were very impressed and will visit again.

“Definitely not 4 star”
The room overlooking the pool area, which we paid extra for, was disappointing. There was no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities unlike the Campagnola Hotel in Riva del Garda. “Beware looks can be deceiving.....choose another hotel”
Beautiful spot, pretty hotel, MEAN, RUDE front desk and breakfast room staff. Stay somewhere else. I literally felt like I had to tip toe around the hotel as to not upset the rude ladies that worked at the front desk.
