Like everybody else we checked the reviews before hand. They were mixed but the most recent ones were positive so we went for it. “Good value for money & great location”
Stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Rivus. Room was clean & tidy with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Spa €20 each was great & perfect after a busy day. This is not an upmarket hotel but you are not paying a lot. I thought it was good value for money with great staff.

“good place for a base if youve hired a car”
Not very pedestrian friendly, our river side balcony was on the first floor so all balcony separated by flower pots and then a wall so you had to be stood up to see the river. Had no shops near by however did have a 24 mini bar of drinks in the hotel to be charged to the room.
