It is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are cleaned, air conditioner, minibar (and beverages were not very expensive - 1euro per bottle of water). It is near the city's park and river. “Value for money”
Our tour operator preferred this hotel on the way to Venice. Building is not attractive from outside but interior is much better. We stayed here for three nights 2-4 July. Private parking, friendly staff, nice air conditioned rooms. “The rooms are small”
The balconies - they are good! The location is good too. The staff… - some people from the staff were kind... The rooms are small. Our room smelled (stinked actually) unpleasantly. At the end of our stay, they gave us wine - as a compensation.

“moderate price with parking and elevator”
In the center of town not too far from the RR station should you want to visit Venice without driving. Bus station also very close. Not many restaurants near by but still a good value. Parking available as is a lift.
