“recommended”
Hotel with great lake view, nice large terrace, new pool in the garden, friendly staff. Room was ok, but there is no AC and bathroom needs renovation, Breakfests below average - don´t expect any eggs, sausages or pancakes. San Zeno is very nice, sleepy italien town with a lot of restaurants.

I recently stayed here with my school on a TY trip. Rooms where clean. Food was fine. Location is the middle of no where, if u want Snacks in the evening you will need to buy them before you go up the mountains to it. Pool was very nice. View was amazing. “Needs a pool, air con, and wi-fi in rooms.”
The lack of air conditioning in July makes staying here almost unbearable, which is a shame because this hotel could easily be very good. Location, quality of rooms, and hotel are good. I understand that a pool is being built for 2019, but I would make air con a priority.
